 Reminders
Lunch orders go home on Wednesday ----- Please return by 
Friday of each week. Parents are asked to please not cut apart the lunch orders ---- Please leave the lunch order altogether whether your child orders recess/lunch or not. Parents are asked to PLEASE put your child's name at the top and the bottom of the menu. Thanks!!!!
 Please see that your child has the necessary supplies for the day --------sharpened pencils, eraser, glue, scissors, crayons. The children need a regular pack of 8 crayons or a pack of twistables -- not pencil crayons that need to be sharpened please.
Please see that your child's small book is placed in his/her bookbag to be changed on Monday and Wednesday of each week. Please see that your child's AR Book is placed in his/her bookbag to be changed on Friday of each week or on days that you would like for your child to change the book and get a new one. 
Some students are having trouble with their sneaker laces. They are not keeping their laces tied up. This poses a safety problem for your child and other children in the school if another child steps on the untied laces. Children should have velcro sneakers if he/she can not keep their laces tied up. 
 A reminder to parents to please sharpen 3 to 4 pencils for your child for each day of school.
The students are keeping their bookbags in their lockers this year so far. Our classroom is very small and this cuts down on the number of things around the classroom and the number of things that end up on the floor. The students are doing a great job in the morning bringing their large ziploc bags into the classroom and placing it in their basket under their chair. However, some students find it difficult to find their small books while looking for them. It would be great if parents could place the small book at the front of their large ziploc bag where the child can clearly see it.
 The students brought home a book called My Personal Word Book. Please see that your child keeps this book in their ziploc bag so that it can be used both at home and
at school. This book will help the students find and spell words that they don't know how to spell while completing writing activities. THANKS!!!!!!
The students are bringing home things corrected that need to be taken out of their ziploc bag. PLEASE see that these corrected things are taken out and left at home. THANKS!!!!
